When will I receive the bonus?

After the candidate (you or your referral) starts working and meets the conditions mentioned in the job post — like completing a trial period, if required.

Do I have to work at the company to refer someone?

Not at all! You can refer a friend or colleague even if you have no connection to the company.

Who is responsible for paying the bonus?

The company handles all bonus payments. Flilia only facilitates the connection and listing — we’re not involved in payment processing and are not responsible for payment terms or timing. All agreements are made directly between you and the employer.
